What is Direct Primary Care?
Direct Primary Care (DPC), is a monthly membership that provides unlimited access to a provider without copays, deductibles, or the need for billing or insurance.
How can this model work? There is an incredible amount of waste in our current healthcare system. By stepping out of the insurance ecosystem, we can greatly reduce overhead costs and pass those savings on to our patients. Cutting out the middlemen and keeping things simple allows us to have more time to do what we love….spending time with our patients!
Apotheosis Health members get to call, text, email or visit their provider anytime to get primary care services like physicals, preventative care, urgent care, managing chronic diseases, and mental healthcare without the worry of hidden fees. We can also offer home visits, if needed, for those who have difficulty with mobility and/or transportation.
You can still use your insurance to get your prescriptions, see specialists or obtain imaging. We work with you to find the best pricing, and we even have some medications readily available in-office for you to take home with you the same day! If not readily available, we are able to order them for you at cost.

Memberships include 24/7 access to us via text or phone. We can accommodate visits in the office, telemedicine, or at your home depending on your needs.

Routine annual blood work is included with your membership. Specialty labs (such as hormone levels, anemia labs, etc.) will be an additional cost but we will discuss this and make an informed decision together! We have NO hidden/additional fees here.

Apotheosis will have an in-house infusion center where we can offer hydration, vitamin blends, iron infusions and medications for pain or nausea.
