Longer visits. Direct communication. One provider who has the room to know you, not just the reason you came in today.
Membership is not billed to insurance

Meet Alley
Alley Tuttle, MSN, FNP-C, is the primary provider at Apotheosis Health. Alley has a natural ability to put people at ease from the moment they meet. She leads patient care with genuine heart, building deep, lasting relationships with patients and families over time.
What feels different
Direct Primary Care changes the structure behind the visit, making more room for the parts of healthcare that are easy to lose.

02
Membership includes direct secure messaging with the practice, without a call-center maze in between.

Work with a provider who can build on what came before instead of starting from zero every visit.
04
Straightforward monthly membership options make the cost easier to understand before you join.
Direct Primary Care
Apotheosis does not bill insurance for membership. You can still use insurance for outside care such as hospitals, specialists, imaging, medications, and laboratory services when appropriate.
You pay a clear monthly membership fee directly to the practice, plus a one-time $75 onboarding fee.
Membership includes unlimited primary-care visits, in-person and video visits, an annual physical, and urgent care within the practice’s scope.
Direct secure messaging and a smaller-panel model make room for continuity and more thoughtful communication.
DPC membership does not replace comprehensive insurance for care outside the practice.

Your primary care provider
Alessandra “Alley” Tuttle, MSN, FNP-C
Alley is a Board-Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and the primary provider at Apotheosis Health. Warm and approachable, she takes the time to understand the whole person, not just the problem that brought them in.
Her approach is grounded in trauma-informed care, thoughtful listening, and a belief that good medicine can include both conventional treatment and complementary approaches when they may be helpful. She builds lasting relationships with patients and families over time.
“Good primary care starts with knowing the person.”
The practice experience
Apotheosis is located at 4 Union Plaza, Suite 1, in Bangor, inside a comfortable practice built for conversation and care.
The office environment matters. Familiar rooms, a consistent team, and thoughtful details help healthcare feel less transactional.

Family life is busy, and coming to an appointment shouldn’t always mean finding childcare first. Apotheosis has a dedicated kids room with books, activities, and a TV, giving children a comfortable place to stay nearby during a parent’s visit.
