A focused cash-pay service
Apotheosis Health offers iron sucrose infusions for members and non-members. The current cash-pay price is $300 per infusion for members and $350 per infusion for non-members.
The service is separate from primary-care membership. A person does not need to become a DPC member to ask about IV iron.
What happens before scheduling
Recent laboratory results are used to support consideration of treatment. A provider reviews the available clinical information, confirms the treatment plan, and completes consent before an infusion is scheduled.
The number and timing of infusions are not set by the website. Dosing follows the clinical plan developed for the individual situation.
What to expect at a visit
Administration itself takes approximately 20 minutes. Plan for 90 minutes for the first infusion. Follow-up infusions usually take 45–60 minutes.
The team checks in with the patient during the visit. The first one or two infusions include 30 minutes of observation afterward. The exact experience may vary based on the clinical plan and what happens during the visit.
